Directions For Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser

This is a wonderful essential oil company. And the price is awesome. I use this for my cellulite creams and digestion. At times I put 1 drop (very potent) in my tea to aid digestion. I would get advice from a trained professional if you are going to take it internally. Another way you can use it is to improve menstrual cramps. I would take a blend of this, geranium, clary sage, and frankincense and add to a castor oil pack for the women in my household.
