These are made from the special plant cells, barks or peels; these use the energy from the sun & elements from the oil, air & water. You should tell your therapist in advance if you have any nut allergy as carrier oils can have nuts & seeds. Aromatherapy has side effects but these don't last long. These are headaches, nausea & some allergic reactions. It is recommended to stay away if you are pregnant or a nursing mother as it is not safe for you. Aromatherapy can pose a risk to the developing fetus. Women who are breastfeeding should avoid peppermint oil as it can be expressed in breast milk.
